4-H volunteers play a key role in supporting positive youth development by leading clubs, mentoring youth, and assisting with programs and events. We look for individuals who are passionate about working with young people, committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment, and willing to share their time and talents. Volunteers must complete an application process, including background screening and required training, to ensure the safety and success of all participants.
